Visiting the website
Like any web server, the server hosting this website records technical logs for each visit: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system type, referring page. This data is used only to run the website and keep it secure. It is not used to identify you or build a profile, and it is kept for a limited period.
Contact by email
If you write to us, we process your email address and the content of your message only to reply to you. We keep them for as long as the exchange requires and, where applicable, to meet our legal obligations.
The website has no forms, no user accounts and no newsletter.
3. Cookies and analytics
The website uses no analytics tools, no advertising and no tracking cookies. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own server: your visit triggers no request to any third-party service.

Data is processed in Switzerland. Our hosting provider, Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva), processes it on our behalf as a processor. We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties, unless required by law.

The website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access.
6. Your rights
You can at any time request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and object to its processing. Simply write to us at contact@digifactory-sa.ch.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (edoeb.admin.ch) or, where the GDPR applies, with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

We may update this policy, in particular if the website changes. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.
